Notes on data protection and information on the use of statistics
Scope of application
Protecting your informational self-determination and privacy is important to us. This is why we collect, process and use personal data solely in accordance with the applicable data protection and data security legislation.

Access data/server log files
BHG.INVEST GMBH, or its webhosting provider Hetzner Online GmbH, collects data about every time the website is accessed (so-called server log files). Access data include the following:
name of the accessed website, file, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, notification of successful access, browser type and version, the user’s operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited site), IP address and the requesting provider.
The provider uses the log data only for statistical evaluations for the operation, security and optimisation of the website. However, the provider reserves the right to subsequently check the log data if there is a justified suspicion of illegal use based on concrete evidence.
Only the pseudonymised IP addresses of visitors to the website are stored. It is not possible to attribute personal data to an identified or identifiable natural person. The retention period for this data is two months.
Purposes of data processing by the responsible body and third parties
We process your personal data only for the purposes stated in this Data Protection Statement. Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties for purposes other than those mentioned. We only pass on your personal information to third parties if:
• you have given your express consent to this,
• the processing is necessary to process a contract with you,
• the processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation,
• the processing is necessary to protect legitimate interests and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding interest worthy of protection in not disclosing your data.
The data shall be kept for two months.
Collection of personal data during visits to our website
When using the website for informational purposes only, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we only collect the personal data that your browser sends to our server. If you wish to view our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to display our website and to ensure stability and security (legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR):
• IP address
• Date and time of your visit
• Time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
• Content of the request (concrete page)
• Access status/HTTP status code
• Amount of data transferred in each case
• Website from which the request comes
• Browser
• Operating system and its interface
• Language and version of the browser software.
SSL encryption
To protect the security of your data during transmission, we use state-of-the-art encryption procedures (e.g. SSL) via HTTPS.
Cookies
Like many other websites, we also use so-called „cookies“. Cookies are small text files that are transferred from a website server to your hard drive. This automatically provides us with certain data such as the IP address, browser used, operating system and your connection to the Internet.
Cookies cannot be used to start programs or transfer viruses to a computer. We can use the information contained in cookies to help you navigate the website and enable the correct display of our websites.
Under no circumstances will the data we collect be passed on to third parties or linked to personal data without your consent.

Your rights as the data subject
You have the following rights in relation to the personal data relating to you:

• Right to erasure (Art. 17 EU-GDPR),
• Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 EU-GDPR),
• Right to object to processing (Art. 21 EU-GDPR),
• Right to data portability (Art. 20 EU-GDPR),
• Right to complain to a supervisory authority (Art. 57 para. 1f EU-GDPR).
If you have given us your consent, you can revoke it at any time with effect for the future.
If you have given us your consent, you also have the right to revoke your consent at any time (Art. 7 para. 3 EU-GDPR). All the data processing that we have carried out up to your revocation remains lawful in this case. We will inform you about the possibility of revoking consent and the concrete steps you can take to exercise the right of revocation when we obtain your consent.
Amendment of the data protection provisions
We reserve the right to adjust this Data Protection Statement to comply with current legal requirements or to implement changes to our services in the Data Protection Statement, e.g. when introducing new services. Your new visit will be subject to the new Data Protection Statement.
